Not sure how Ben Stiller REALLY feels about the GD, but I'd guess he's a hater. What do you think?

Go rent the film "Flirting with Disaster", which stars Ben Stiller as a guy who finds out he's adopted and tries to find his real parents.

Turns out they are old-time hippies played by Lily Tomlin and Alan Alda who hung with Jerry and the Dead "back in the day." There's even an excerpt from "Truckin' played in the film, and characters tripping out on home-made acid.

The movie is also a freaking riot--one of the funniest, most underrated comedies ever.

There's a great part where Ben Stiller meets his long-lost brother (the other son his real folks had after they gave him up for adoption)...he's a punked-out punk who hates his parents always going on about the 60's...in one sene they start talking about it and he goes "yeah, yeah, teah...Jerry garcia, blah blah blah....."

you gotta see it!

Speaking of movies, there was one in the last decade
(i think) that had a recurring theme music of Scarlet Begonias, sort of a dejavu love story...I can't remember the name of it. Can anyone help?

His original "ben stiller show" was a sketch comedy show and he did a bit where he was trying to sell life insurance to dead heads in the parking lot. One head says that "he sees dragons". Stiller then tells him he has "dragon insurance". It was pretty funny
